Alfa Romeo of Minneapolis

Worked with Mason to buy a very low mileage used vehicle. Mason was great to work with, answered any questions I had and made it very easy. Working with the finance guy was quick and easy, and I never felt pressured. I think total time from arriving to walking out was under an hour and a half. There was a small issue with the car shortly after I took it home. I was not surprised as the car was 6 years old and had under 6000 miles on it. These things occur when cars sit. I was able to get a hold of Briggs, the used car manager, quickly and he got me right in so they could take a look at it. It ended up taking about a week to test an initial fix, and then find the final fix, but Briggs was super easy to work with the entire time. They made sure I was inconvenienced as little as possible, had a car to drive while I was waiting, and never made me feel worried they were not going to make everything right. They even worked with a dealer from the car's make to ensure the issue was diagnosed correctly and fixed at their expense. I would not have any hesitations about buying another vehicle from this store in the future. In the dozen car purchases I've made, both new and used, I've not had a better experience.

If you have a Afla romeo in the west side twin cities this place can do your servicing, I got my oil changed and tires rotated. I had an oil leak from my vehicle, never a fun spot to be in (in need of repairs) but Gabby in Service was nice about the process. I appreciate the transparency/ I was shown the leak on the vehicle, also the text communication was helpful and the vehicle was repaired in the time frame that they said would. Thanks for helping the bad situation get taken care of. They also have some Alfa romeo's and fiat's there for Sale.

Gabby is amazing at the service department and is a good communicator about maintenance/repairs. She deserves a raise. Same with the older gentlemen that drives you home after you bring in a car for repairs - I believe his name is Rick. My main discontent is with Alfa Romeo vehicles in general; they are fun as hell to drive but high maintenance and unpredictable. The other issue is that since they are relatively low inventory in the US, you can't go to many repair shops that can work on them. I do not recommend buying an Alfa Romeo - and rather renting or leasing so the maintenance is on someone else's hands. ***Note I did not purchase my car from this dealership
