0/5 stars. I do not recommend anyone living here. 9/14/23 I recently moved from the property and I still do not recommend anyone to live here. First off I have a 4 year old son who has had many breathing issues due to mold exposure we have discovered the apartment we were in was covered in mold, in the HVAC room from a leak that was untreated for at least the past year, some of my furniture was even damaged due to mold growing from the HVAC, maintenance came and painted over the mold rather than treat the issue. Mold was growing all along the walls in the primary bedroom. The management office violated my lease but took no ownership in the matter, so I escalated to the Regional Manager and it took over a month to get in contact with him and even while he admitted the lease was violated still refused to assist. The smell of trash is in every hallway and it took them over a year to replace a broken chair in the community room. They have updated the package room and that was nice to access but the front door to the building is accessible to anyone from the street at all hours. I have came home to people asleep in the lobby. They recently have been bribing tenants to leave good reviews for prizes such a a PS5 so I would take a lot of those reviews with a grain of salt. This is my first review that I placed. I moved here right before the new management took over. Since we have been under new management, door are left open constantly allowing anyone off the street access to the building. The place is riddled with trash all time. The elevators are rarely cleaned and have trash and dirt all over the floor. The have made changes to the look of the building and thats nice but why does it matter when people have had things stolen and the place is dirty. I went to go check on my packages they are just thrown all over the floor in a pile when they have a Luxor box in the room. Just not what I would expect when they are advertising luxury on their website. The leasing office good luck reaching anyone after 2pm and you will never get them to answer the phones. Overall I cant recommend anyone stay here.

I have lived at Arrive St Louis Park for a bit over two years and Katie and Meghan have been wonderful to work with. When I have a request for maintenance or any request for that matter they are always on top of it and they make sure I am happy with the results.
