Chico's

First time ever shopping at Chicos and I will be back, their staff were super nice, helpful and enthusiastic about helping my mom and I pick out outfits. Carol and Evonne rocked it and were very valuable in their input on our outfit choices. We were initially drawn in by the sale rack outside the store, otherwise we may have not gone in! Also signed up for the rewards program when Carl and Evonne let us know about what a great deal it was to sign up. Got an almost completely new wardrobe for a little more than $100, feel very satisfied and happy with my purchase and cant wait to wear my new classy clothes :)

Beautiful store,Chicos clothes and jewelry are excellent quality,they have great choice,they offer great sales,staff are very knowledgeable and professional,store is very organized and clean,one of my favorite stores to shop at.

I love the Chicos store in St. Cloud! Everyone that works there is so nice and helpful! I had a great experience yesterday when I went in the store to shop, one of the ladies that works at the store went out of her way to make sure that my birthday coupon went through. We were having problems with it working but she didnt give up and was so nice about it Thank you for always being so kind when I come in

Went in this morning to find vacation clothes. Sales clerk was sitting on a chair by the door when we came in, looked briefly up from her phone and said hello, then went back to her phone. I went to try something on and she stared at me like I was an alien. I just went in and tried on a top. I decided to get it but gave it to my daughter to hold while I looked around. This sales clerk followed my daughter (a person of color) around the store. She never offered to put anything at the register. We never did know her name. When I decided to check out with just that top she half-heartedly rang up the purchase. I went in there planning to spend quite a bit of money. Ended up buying a top on clearance for under $20. I wont reward any sales staff who is so unfriendly.
