My wife asked me to get her a clinque lotion she uses daily. So I called Macys beauty before I made the trip, the manager of the department took my call. She knew what product my wife needed. She said she could take my credit card over the phone which I thought was a little intrusive. And even if I texted it, that seems like greed to me and not a safe way to do business! She was a little pushy as it was and I didn't buy after all. If you buy anything or call before you come, beware of her "trying to help you" for her benefit. Macys I'm disappointed that you let your employees infringe privacy. Lots of these reviews scream Macys Saint Cloud not running so well. You should be ashamed that you employees are pulling all the stops to maintain "commission". My wife was purely disgusted and we won't be back. Thank God I didn't send over my credit card information, who knows what could have happened. DISGUSTED!

I picked up an order today. The staff at the order desk were very congenial. I also looked at other sale items, and bought a couple greatly reduced. I would say it wasn't particularly easy to find staff to help me on the floor, but there were some people around to help. I haven't been into the store for quite a while, but I found the experience to be pleasant. The parking and access from 3rd Street is very easy, and that's where the pickup and return desk is.
