We were in the market for a home and found one we liked on Zillow, we contacted the realtor that Zillow connected us with to set up a showing... we decided to put an offer in and subsequently signed a contract with the realtor to do so! When we didn’t get the house, and since we were in the contract with the realtor still we started looking at other homes... that when things changed with our realtor and everything began to suck all of our energy out of us! This realtor did nothing in finding a home, we scoured the mls and picked every house we looked at - then when we found one to make an offer on, we got zero advice on how to proceed (same advice we got on the first one)! After we didn’t get that house we forced our realtor to cancel the contract and that was like pulling teeth from a two year old child, but we finally got it canceled! One of my moms colleagues recommended Dave Gaida and from the moment we walked in it was like a breath of fresh air! We found another house we love with their assistance and I will update this with more details as things move forward! These guys are great!
