Andy makes health simple. His explanations of food, muscle, and body function have really made a difference. From mechanics of different body movements in action, to how to pick the best foods for fuel and nutrition, his advise has been spot on. Working nights and being on my feet all shift has been difficult as a RN, but Andy's advice helped. His attitude is infectious, so be prepared to get excited about your opportunities!
