It took 2 months to get my glasses and they where the wrong prescription. Savannah The manager stated they do not have a doctor on this site and instead of making my glass prescription again she said she wasn't going to deal with me and gave my money back. Corporate will be sending me a check in 5 to 7 days. The staff does not wear mask in this store. This was very disappointing. She needs more customer service training. My glasses were broken so i returned them. I just got them back today and they changed them. The top of the frame was went straight acrossed before but now its curved down, it looks like they shaped my glasses differently and bent bridge of my glasses. Already had my eye glass prescription, but called ahead to see if I needed to make an appointment to pick out frames, as I live over an hour away, was told no. The website said they closed at 6, I arrived at 4:00, and right away was informed they would be closing at 4:30, as she needed to leave. Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable, could not answer questions, our time was up as they were closing, left without being able to order any glasses, wasted afternoon. Great service! Service was very fast and staff was kind and professional. What they advertise is real. I paid about 71 dollars for 2 pairs of glasses and exam was free. I would recommend this place to anyone!
