Kelley worked very hard with us to get our home ready to display on the MLS. Kelley was very easy to work with and always on top of any concerns we may have had. To top off the great experience, our home sold in one day with 2 offers. This was right after Thanksgiving so I am sure we would have had more offers if it were not for the holiday. We wanted to sell it quick as we had already been planning our move. Kelley helped us to achieve that goal.

Very patient and willing to work with us through an out of state move, where we were not always able to be present on site. Kelley was honest and understanding, and did not mislead us for the sake of a sale. Highly reccomend.

Kelley Homes was outstanding as she assisted myself and my mom in selling my mother's condo. She provided input on how to prepare the condo. Her marketing plan lead to many offers over the asking price within a few days of listing the condo. Her response time as well as her feed back on all of my questions was excellent. At age 90 mom wanted to move to an apartment with services and selling her condo in a timely manner made the move easier. Every daughter helping their mom needs a "Kelley" to help them shine. While I shine in my mom's eyes, she has another twinkle in her eye with Kelley's name on it.

I was not impressed I went there to make a cash offer on a property never heard back for 3 months until my deposit check came back took me over an hour to write up a purchase agreement not impressed
