      image Called in asking to get a look at the underside of my truck because of how bad the rust was, they scheduled it for the next day, did a great inspection and showed me what was wrong, and was out in an hour.

      image Called for a quote for my truck called 3 times each time they said they were busy and could not get to it. It's now about a month later, and still no word. This was probably a 1500 dollar job.

      image I did a walk-in the other day, couldn't get the screws out of my license plates to put on my new ones.So I drove over to Williams Auto to make an appointment. Randy dropped what he was doing and was super great and did the job for me right on the spot. Couldn't get any better personal customer service than that anywhere else.
