Share my experience? Well its awful for starters. Been chased out of this store location twice now due to employees stating theyre too busy to assist with customers. A guy cant even browse around the store by himself since theyre so busy. Have to book an appointment to browse around is a little bit absurd if you ask me. Dont recommend this store to anyone looking for wedding, prom, business attire, nothing. Steer clear and save your money and time.

While some of the staff are nice, save your time and money and go somewhere else. Custom ordered suit and 2 custom shirts, 3 of the 5 pieces of clothing came in incorrectly sized. Might not be a reflection of in store purchases, but I will bring future business elsewhere even for in store purchases at this point.

Went to the St. Cloud store on Sunday. Were not greeted by staff. Heard them tell another customer it would be a wait. Browsed through the selection. Found what we needed in the size we needed. Still ignored. Waited with items in hand for over 20 minutes. Finally put our items back on the rack and left. Found what we wanted at JC Penny.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. We made an appointment over a month ago for Saturday, January 20th for 2 pm to plan out suits for our wedding party. We were told to not bring the wedding party, just the groom and we followed the instructions to a T including taking the dumb quiz . We had specific people who took time out of their busy lives to be there to help us and give opinions. We were there for over an hour after our appointment time, were told it would be another 45 minutes, and we left. One of the guys working said there was a bunch of people who didnt show up for work and a bunch of people quit- a) unprofessional to disclose that and b) a phone call would have been nice prior to everyone making the trip to the store when no one showed up for work. It was terribly unprofessional and disrespectful. We went to the Maple Grove location the next day & had a much better experience. I do not recommend the St. Cloud location to anyone- avoid the headache, especially if youre a wedding party on a time crunch.
