        Not impressed. I love my provider but I wish she hadn't moved to this clinic. They're disorganized and their receptionist are rude and always in a hurry to get off the phone. They give you standard responses to get you off the phone. To see the provider via telemedicine is a ridiculously convoluted process. They don't have a standard portal in the day of your appointment you have to sit there and wait and wonder if they're going to call you it's terrible. If it weren't because I love my provider I would go elsewhere.

We can honestly say that we don’t have standard responses to anyone and pride ourselves on trying to help each and every patient in a complicated health care system, much of which is out of our control.
