Everyone here is so kind, patient and amazing to work with. My fianc and I went to look at wedding bands here 4 times, and I was never rushed or they were never pushy. Which was a black and white difference from the other jewelers we went to. Thank you so much for helping me and for such a fun experience!

We loved coming here to look at engagements rings the process was so helpful and all of the staff are amazing!!! My fianc did end up getting me ring here and it is absolutely perfect! The quality is great and the customer service is great! We will be back for our wedding bands!

We were taken care of by Melissa and Kyle. My wife and I had her ring made in Alexandria but needed to have it resized recently and the staff at JF Kruze to excellent care of us. They were happy helpful and very knowledgeable. We plan to have them help us place a wedding band on my wifes ring. Her ring is completely custom so we cant just throw an wedding band on it. We are going to do a custom wedding band in the near future. Amazing, timely, friendly customer service. Highly recommend!
