Going into 2021 we knew our company wanted to enhance our benefits across the board to thank our team for a hard 2020. We didn't know what we could afford, where to start and how to make sense of it all. Mahowald enhance our employee benefit package and made it easy to understand. The benchmarking and advice we got made the experience that much better. Our employer brand is stronger because of our partnership with them. Our company just switched benefits to Mahowald and they did a fantastic job of laying out our options and helping us choose the right plan. Today I went for a vaccination that under the old insurance plan cost me out of pocket $140.00 and today the second dose under the new insurance was free. This was a great affirmation that we made the right choice in choosing Mahowald. I worked with Craig Hiltner at Mahowald Insurance Agency for my large event insurance. He was very professional and easy to work with. On the day before my event I was informed that the insurance needed to be changed before the event took place. This late information only gave me a few hours to get this done.
