These guys are top-notch! One of the few places left in town where you don't feel like you're going to get screwed over. They take good care of you have their prices are good and things are always fixed the first time. If you ask a question and they don't know the answer they get back to you in a timely manner. Parts are ordered and received in a timely manner. Definitely a pleasure to go into Joel's mower service to get work done on equipment.

Several nice and knowledgeable people here and we have purchased multiple Stihl products from them - 2 chainsaw, an extended reach chainsaw, backpack mister/blower, Saw Blades, etc. Avoid their repair services as you will eventually run into someone who just doesnt care. We have had saws and recently blower/mister in for service and counter person took absolutely no notes. Called 2 weeks later and asked and had not even looked at it. They called and asked what was wrong - because of the I don't care attitude of the original counter person they had no idea. Go through it again, call to see what status is and they had at least looked at it but still the same poor attitude individual on the end of the phone. Buy if you wis, but expect poor service at some point along the way.
