Tim, Caroline and Julie all made the experience as painless as possible. All my questions were answered and there were no surprises. They were with me every step of the way. Everything went so smooth. Just walking in the office is comforting.

To whom this may concern. Want you to know that I am very impressed with Charles Nguyen and Breanna Wiese for the way they treated me during my initial steps. First: Charles and I visited during my initial contact and I was very comfortable with how he handled the interview! Very empathetic and he had a God-given gift of a good first impression! He also mentioned to me that I could go to the Eden Prairie Office because it was closer for me. I chose to meet with because he seemed a perfect fit! Second: Breanna as been very considerate and thoughtful when we have worked on my steps. A person that makes you feel comfortable! Very good at what she does! Love working with both of them.
