Ur maintenance team is excellent at what they do & maybe if ur in a bind they'll help u if they aren't busy. Cuz I had a flat tire & I couldn't loosen the nuts so Jeff came over & helped me change my tire. I think we need a Uppertown appreciation week especially for the maintenance team .

The staff was very nice and friendly. They do a good job keeping and maintaining a safe and clean neighborhood.

I stayed in the apartment 1230, was only here for 4 nights, but on the day of moving in, I already had a bad feeling about this place, there were some people upstairs blasting music loud af and did that all night long. Hallways are dirty, and dimly lit, people always propping main door open even though theres a letter stuck to it saying not to do that people people just dont care. Second night, I already heard couples arguing. Walls are way too thin, and floors are way too creaky, you can hear every single footsteps people take upstairs, plus there are kids running around all the time. People smoke right outside the main door so youre going to smell cigarettes every time you walk through it. I heard police sirens twice already. Although Caylee (the last day who showed me around) was super friendly, Id say this place isnt worth it. Upon getting my keys, I noticed there were tons of paint stains on the carpets, paint jobs are terrible, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, theres a crack in the window frame, shower head pops out of the wall, two of the four stoves dont even work, the water somehow stopped working already, not only that, it was leaking, with due time its going to get moldy and destroy the drywall and theyre going to make me pay for it. The one new thing they did get, was window blinds and thats about it. Only stay if you have nowhere else.

Hello upper town! I have lived here for 8 years and theres a lot of excellent people in this company that are always willing to help. I was to express my appreciation to Ranay who has been really helpful In regards to Ranay maintenance. He is usually prompt in his assistance. He is also enthusiastic about his work . I appreciate your assistance Ranay and I wish you continue success. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent an apartment. Also I want to show my thankfulness to the manager, the two officers girls and the entire team of begging here for and assisting me .
