Torborg Management

Management will not answer or address any requests for maintenance and it is spotty to say the least. It will take months to achieve a reasonable response; if the issue is even fixed correctly. All the reviews I have read are accurate. This used to be a reputable company.

Me and my wife have been here sense 2005 and we love it and the management is so nice . Great place to live.

Literally the worst "management" company I have ever rented from. When we moved in, we were told we would have new carpet. Not only no new carpet but ours had some nasty sticky stain we could not get out. We just covered it with a mat. Maintenance requests will be ignored for months until you repeatedly harass them, then they just show up unannounced to do the work. I had a window that they broke during a different maintenance request, it took them almost a full year to replace it, and when they did, they just showed up without notice. We lived in a 2nd story apartment and my daughter came out to the living room and said there's a man staring into her bedroom. Sure enough, they came to replace the window...What if my daughter had been changing after a shower or something? Freaked me out. Couldn't wait to leave and when we finally did, they charged us for carpet cleaning when it didn't need it because "We charge everyone to clean the carpets". No mention of that ever. I have friends living in different properties of theirs and have the same issues. No matter what the price, its better to go somewhere else.
