My accountant surprised me by removing most of my social security money to offset the sale of my business which is a contract for deed. So I find out that my monthly social security amount was cut $813 a month! So I call him and he says, "Well its only for a year!" All fees were paid at the closing and without any warning he just blows this off. I am retired, over 65 and should beable to make as much money as I want. Please someone tell me how this could be accurate????? Who has a good lawyer to recommend? Sincerely, Shocked and ripped off.
