The lady who works the mornings is so absolutely wonderful and helpful. I always leave with a smile on my face. Today I was having the worst morning and she was so kind. I REALLY wanted to name her however Fed Ex - your 800 number sucks and I couldnt get connected to a human for assistance. Thank you kind Fed Ex lady. Fed Ex - please promote her or give her a raise.

This is not a review against the workers but the drivers. I have an auto ship with a company and receive the same package about once every 3mos. They have always left in the entrance of the apt building in which i live. Recently, a driver just slapped a note on the door instructing me to pick.up my package. I was home at the time this happened and this driver didnt even make an attempt to call the apt call box. I was home and wouldve been able to receive my pkg. When i called the fed ex customer service number...i was told to call the shipper and have them call fed ex and tell them to deliver to my address. I contacted the shipper who was unsuccessful getting anywhere with fed ex. I then got online and got on live chat that told me my pkg would be delivered the next day and a signature was not required. Well...i never received my pkg and finally had to take time out of my day to chase my pkg down. Of course nobody at fed ex could explain any of this ridiculousness. Fed Ex SUCKS

I was waiting for my package all this morning they arrived not even five minutes passed and they returned they didn't knock on the door they didn't put the code they didn't call they didn't do anything and I confirmed my signature online for them to leave the package. Very bad service, what a disappointment

New associate did not scan and provide a receipt. This location is a HUGE liability. Now I have a missing untracked package that will cost me. I can't even get a hold of a real human-being through FedEx customer support because they didn't scan my package.

I had packages and got a run around why I could not leave them. All I had to do was take a sticker off. I had to go to 3 different locations to find this out.
