From the get go, Sam was patient in walking us through each step along the way, explaining the fine details in a manner we could understand, and was creative in putting us in a competitive position to win when it came time to submit an offer. Sam communicates effectively with all parties throughout the tour, offer, and follow up processes and this was critical in being able to win at the offer table in a fast moving and competitive market. He was great to work with as a first time home buyer and Im sure would be equally effective for anyone in the home buying or selling process! Our experience working with Sam was phenomenal. We had put off our home search due to knowing how stressful that process can be and feeling overwhelmed by it, but after our first call with Sam, he took the stress right out of the process due to his knowledge, strong organization and excellent communication. He helped us find our dream home and also helped us sell our old home and took care of all of the coordination and scheduling needed to complete the updates, while keeping us in the loop and informed with every step. He was thoughtful and flexible in his communication with us and genuinely made it as stress free as possible, which allowed us to focus on the joy of buying and selling. The Roseville Realty team is definitely the best out there! They are compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy! We worked with Sam on purchasing our first property in 2019. He was awesome and held our hands throughout the process! So we kept him! This time, we worked with Gabriel! He was great!! He knows his stuff!! He held out hands too, and made sure we got our home! Even after closing, he reached out to make sure all was well! These two men will remain my relatives forever. If you are looking for honest and personable realtors you can trust, these are your guys!

Ive now worked with Sam twice over the last several years. He helped me buy and sell my condo downtown Minneapolis (sold June 2020) and then helped my husband and me buy and sell our first home together in a northwest suburb. Both experiences with him were stellar, hence why we tracked him down to work with him a second time. He is an expert on both the purchasing and selling sides of the table; from calculating accurate purchase and list prices and appropriate strategies, to securing one of his professional contractors to help fix or clean the property, to assisting third party contractors to complete inspections, he and his team do it all. And they do it willingly. We moved out of state prior to closing on our home and Sam helped us take care of a few unexpected hiccups so we didnt have to travel. Ive read others mention this and couldnt agree more-he maintains open lines of communication and made us feel like we were his only client, when Im sure he was working with many others. Our only wish is that he could help us buy a home in our new state when were ready! Thank you Sam and crew!

We worked with Sam to sell our home and couldn't have had a smoother experience. His care for us through the process was even more than we anticipated. He showed this through his clear and regular communication with us as well as through his support in coordinating contractors for and site visits to our home. We live 2 hours away from the property we sold so having a realtor like Sam in our corner brought us peace in the process.
