Don't waste your money! This business scammed me $750! They gave me their word that they were able to fix my vehicle. I made sure that they understood what needed to be done to fix my car, and they said that it would be no problem for them. After spending $100 to trailer my car to the shop and another $500 on the part that needed to be installed, I was already hesitant to have them fix my vehicle considering they charge a hefty $150/hr. Not to mention, the employees were treating me very poorly and trying to belittle me because I am an 18-year-old college student. After close to a week of my car sitting at the shop, I got a call from the emotionless man at the front desk telling me that they could not fix my car. He did not say anything else and started to raise his voice when I asked why. When I returned to the shop to see what was going on, he handed me my part and didn't say anything. No apology, no reimbursement, no feelings of empathy after I explained to him that I could not afford another trailer to bring it homenothing. A few days later, I spent my entire Super Bowl Sunday and another $150 on a truck and trailer to bring the car home. To summarize, stay away from this shop; they do not care about you or your vehicle and are only interested in taking your money in the most efficient way possible.

I went here today for a oil change goupon that I had I pre called already and made a reservation I called early ahead of time because I wanted to ask if I could come in early for a earlier appointment because I had to get my kids from school in time I think the receptionist name is Joe or Jack he tells me that I never made an appointment.Even though I put it in my calendar and still have the call record to prove I did a week ahead of time. So I call the other location on university and snelling they say they don't accept groupon so I called back this location to make another appointment he then says he will take me now I come in give him my keys as the little asian mechanic with the grey hair take my keys he begins to bring it in the shop to begin working on my car I was looking through the window about to ask the mechanic a question about my car he tells the reception to tell me to not stare at him and look at him while he works on my car I tell the receptionist that I was about to ask him a question about my car and I wasn't staring at him or overshadowing him. The receptionist tells me to ask the question I said no thanks I'm good I walk back in the inside and continued my phone call with my mother they get finish with my car the mechanic walks up and hand me my keys no explanation no asking what was my question I grabbed my keys and left I. No empathy no nothing I will not be coming back to this location again and I been having problems here everytime I been coming here for years I advise you they are no worth the groupon or the coupon

Jacob at Precision Tune was extremely helpful and friendly when working with me to get the best price possible for my sickly Ford Focus. They worked very quickly to replace the shocks/struts and motor mounts, and when an unexpected additional problem arose they worked with my budget and time to get me back on the road. highly recommend!
