Before renting from those ladies know your rights as a tenant. Getting repairs done, or getting the hallways cleaned is next to impossible. I am so glad that I moved!

TRES were the property managers for a unit we rented in Northeast that ended up being infested with mice and cockroaches. Water poured through electrical fixtures in the ceiling. The windows were drafty and not up to code. The upstairs neighbors seemed to have their entire extended families living there, smoking cigarettes inside and yelling all night. Electrical issues left and right. The city inspectors we had out couldn't believe what they were seeing. We were good tenants - tried to take care of things ourselves, never missed rent, kept the place in good upkeep. Getting an adequate response from Lisa was like pulling teeth. I wouldn't recommend TRES to my worst enemy.

Don't do it They will screw you over no matter how good of a tenant you are. They really could care less about the people that live in their buildings.

Myself and others have experienced ongoing manipulation and gaslighting from this company. My unit had significant flooding due to leaky pipes, and it took them 3 months to address this issue. Walls had to be torn down. Furthermore, Lisa wanted me to pay for the plumber to come out. The rusty locks to the doors kept breaking, and I was blamed for it as well. They will put off plowing the snow in winter for as long as possible, if at all, and there were times that I had to miss work because they refused to call the plowing company. One day at work, Shannon called me regarding an issue, and she became belligerent over the phone. Everyone at my office could hear her shouting at me before she hung up. Many of their practices and behaviors are inappropriate, unethical, and some are actually illegal. Before renting from this company, be mindful of your rights as a tenant, and become familiar with the state laws. You will not be treated with dignity and respect.
