        placed an order for delivery on a week day at 2pm. waited an hour before calling to see where my order is. I was told there is only one driver and he is delivering 10 deliveries at the moment. This is fine IF this is communicated before placing the order. I need to get going and now my order will just be left outside I guess- so much for freaky fast.

        Ordered 2 subs had them delivered ,only received 1 of the 2 called to let them know the manager hung on me 3 times. Had to close my shop to go pickup the missing sub. I will never order from this location again worst service Ive ever had from a Jimmy Johns

        Nice and pleasant staff. They were busy and staff was also moving as fast and accurate as possible. No public restroom sign on the front door. If I can't wash my hands first how am I going to eat your meal ?
