        Buyer beware if you don't like the bed and return the cost for delivery and disposal fees are outrageous. I returned mine and it cost me $591.44. That's $269.23 to delivery the bed. Then $269.23 for pickup. Plus the disposal fee for $52.98. When I called to return they said it would be $249 plus tax. They did not mention the first delivery or disposal. I even asked if I could return the bed myself but that was not an option. So make sure you love the bed first before buying. Or just don't go to them at all and find a place that doesn't charge almost double on delivery or not have an option to pick up or drop off. 02-09-2024

        If you're able to pay for a really awesome bed, I would check this place out. Also, the manager James is so friendly and knowledgeable, which adds to the whole experience.

      We understand that our customers are told a lot of information the day of purchase, and also can be overwhelmed in the excitement. Since we're not always able to confirm the information you were provided, we provide copies of our policies in store, on our website, and there also made available to you in the paperwork we ask you review and sign off at the time of purchase. By providing this information in multiple locations, we find it gives our owners many forms to review it. It's available anytime online as well, so our customers have the chance to review our policies again in case they signed confirming they read and understood the terms and conditions but did not read the agreement. This way, our customers can review the terms on their own time before delivery and have the opportunity to cancel before the bed is delivered if there is anything they feel uncomfortable with.
