        I went to the womens jiu jitsu class recently and was nervous since I have never gone before. Everyone in the class was welcoming, there was absolutely no judgment and the instructor was very helpful.

        The cellar is a great gym! great coaches and athletes are part of the it! You have mma classes for begginers and advanced! which is great! Bjj is very good also, Professor Dave is great, very technical class! also, and they have a very nice focus on kids!!! totally recommend the gym! the facility is great! hope to be back soon
