Terrible customer service. Rude and unwilling to help. Uneducated teenagers working behind counter that look unfit to work.

Was just at Victoria secret and pink today at this location and the temporary manager today refused to give me her name she was extremely rude. Did not want to give me my cash refund for items I did not like. She forced me to get other items at the store. I was very surprised because i normally get really good service. Disappointed this time.

I haven't been in a Victoria Secret in years and should have kept it that way. Very poor customer service. I went on a Thursday afternoon at 2:00 pm and I was the only customer in the store. I asked for a fitting and was measured very quickly in the middle of the asile and then taken to a fitting room where they threw a couple bras at me. Never came back to check on me about the fit and never asked what type of bra I needed. The size was incorrect. I finally pushed the help button and a different sales associate came and acted like I was a bother. I asked about sizing and bra styles. My questions were ignored and they didn't seem interested in helping me. Finally walked out of the store without any acknowledgement even though I was the only customer in the store. Found a bra calculator online and measured myself and will be going to Marshall's, Kohls or Target.
