I came to the store because my phone did not charge and I wanted a new one anyway. Ben fixed my old phone instead by pulling out lint from deep inside the charge port. When I walked up it was Ben and two other jabronies chilling behind the counter talking about their stock options. Did you know these clowns are making up to a quarter of a million a year? They go home with a girl of their choice from the mall that day in each arm to extremely nice cars in the mall garage and drive home to their mansions or yachts on the lake. They fixed my phone but would not accept my application I gave them four stars.

if i could give this place negative stars i would. the general manager Will stole our trade in phone and assistant Ben. They made my 8 year old the PRIMARY account holder. & did not give us military discount so we had been overpaying the bill. when i brought this to their attention, they were beyond rude. district manager doesnt do anything to help either.

Ran by a 3rd party company (Arch Telecom) that has no idea what they are doing. Ran by extremely inexperienced management. Which effects the customer experience top to bottom. Staff won't stay here longer than a few months and employees keep quiting the store so never has anyone that truly knows what they are doing. Avoid this store go to the corporate one across the street. Your bill WILL be messed up here the quotes will not be accurate they also force Internet on you even if you don't qualify (when you don't qualify the speeds are dinosaur speeds) so they can get commission. Avoid Carter at all costs. Corporate should step in here and shut this place down it's giving them a bad name. I will clarify that not all 3rd party authorized retailers are bad. I've heard good things about "Wireless Vision" but I would avoid Arch Telecom
