He came out to perform a main line cleaning and after noticing the damage to the mainline (and showing us the video in real-time), did not hesitate to refer us to another company for further more careful cleaning and pipe restoration. We called Trent to fix our clogged kitchen sink. Trent was able to come over very quickly to help us out. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and got to work. Not even 30 minutes later, the water was flowing freely again. Trent was very good about showing me where the problem was and telling me what he was doing to fix it. He is very friendly, but also very professional. His rates are very reasonable. I would definitely use him again - although, I hope I don't have to! Service: Drain cleaning

Called Trent when my floor drain backed up. Basement was completely flooded, Trent dropped everything and came to our rescue. Trent is Very knowledgeable. Easy to understand.
