        They simply can't keep up with the volume of orders. Always an unreasonable wait. Even using the pizza portal it's never ready on time. Pretty easy solution though. I'll never buy a thing from here ever again. Problem solved.

        TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Food is RARELY fresh. Service is inconsistent, employees dont offer a bag for additional items and lack simple communication, such as hello, how are you. Atmosphere is also terrible, employee energy is flat, front counter is always unclean. Overall terrible. Would not recommend and wont be coming back.

        Tonight my son & his friends ordered 3 pizzas and cheesy bread from Little Caesars in Rosemount. One pizza and the cheesy bread was delivered. The Uber Eats guy said he wasnt given all the pizzas, but would go back and get them. Over an hour later, I called Little Caesars. The two pizzas were still there. He said there was nothing he could do to get the pizza to us, nor could he give me a refund. I was able to get him to remake the pizzas and my husband is picking them up. I called the 800# and when I pressed one for delivery issue, the call was cut off. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. #LittleCaesars #LittleCaesarsPizza

      Hello Mr Parker - We apologize for your experience. It appears that you visited on what turned out to be a record Friday for our stores as our customers are checking out the new Crazy Puffs in big numbers! This location typically has great numbers on timeliness into the Pizza Portal, most often exceeding the goal of having orders into the Portal within 15 minutes of them appearing on our screens. Last night was undoubtedly difficult to meet that goal with the volume of orders, and would definitely not be indicative of "always". Thanks for being a Little Caesars customer and give us another try for some Pizza Pizza!!!

      Hello Sarah, we apologize for your experience and for the mistake of the delivery driver to not bring you all of the product that you paid for. Try that 800# again as the delivery service will make sure to get you a refund, as well as flag that driver to not handle any of our orders going forward. Our employees are not able to do deliveries. Sorry again for your experience tonight, our delivery partners are typically much better at what they do!
