Groffs Heating & Cooling

Wow - what great service! They fixed the problem in 15" and, since it was a minor error, comped me the visit even though I insisted on paying their $59 special service fee. I was really impressed and will definitely call Groff's again the minute we struggle w/heating problems or need a new furnace. Thanks for the great experience! Honestly, pretty awesome. Our furnace went out during Thanksgiving night. When I called first thing in the morning they returned my message in the hour. The technician that came figured out the ignitor was the problem, fixed it, and left me with a very reasonable bill. They didn't give me a run around and they didn't try to strong arm me on a new furnace. I will definitely call them again.

I have used Groff Heating & Air Conditioning for my rental properties and at my own home over a dozen times. They are always quick to respond, give me a fair estimate on the work, and complete the work perfectly each time. Aaron Groff is always willing to chat with me about the issue and often can find a cheap fix that does not require new equipment being installed. However a 1990's era AC finally died, and they were able to complete the install of a new similar size unit quickly and at a great price. They are my first call whenever I have a heating or cooling issue!

Thank you so much to the team at Groff HVAC! Our system went out going into the 4th of July Holiday weekend. While parts were hard to get for our older system - Groff called us back several times and helped walk us through to get our a/c up and running in 90++ degree weather.
