I had requested to switch over to Summit Dental of Rosemount early this year. The transition from my previous clinic to Summit Dental was a very easy process. The front desk staff was very responsive. We scheduled my first appointment for a cleaning and we were off. Before my appointment, I had lost or chipped an old filling. I contacted Summit Dental and they got me in within a day. Again, the front desk staff was awesome. They allow texting which made the process a lot easier while at work. When I got in I saw Dr. Kristin Nelson with Heather assisting her. They both were very friendly. They have TV's on the ceiling and you can watch netflix during your appointment if you want. They did an awesome job. Unfortunately, one week later I was experiencing significant pain in one of my front teeth. I had worked all night and was taking Tylenol often for the pain. My tooth was very sensitive and painful. I contacted Summit Dental and they got me an appointment at 10:00 am. I advised them I would drive down and wait in the parking lot after getting off work at 06:30. That day they opened at 08:00. I received a message shortly after 0800 telling me to come in and they would squeeze me in between other scheduled patients. I came in and again saw Heather. She was very nice and empathetic. She took an X-ray and Dr. Jane Ford came in and reviewed the X-Ray. She was very friendly and assured me that all would be good. I had to get a root canal. Dr. Ford numbed up my tooth and completed a root canal and all was good. The service here at Summit Dental in Rosemount is absolutely amazing. They went out of their way twice to make sure issues with my teeth were fixed. The professionalism of Dr. Ford and Dr. Nelson is top notch. I highly recommend them for your dental needs. Thanks.
