Mo, the apartment manager is great to deal with. Hes friendly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. After touring the complex with him, Ive decided to move forward with the rental. Its a beautiful complex that meets my needs.

I have been here since October of 2022, and I can't say enough good things about this property and the management company. When I say they treat you the way you would want to be treated, I stand behind that fully. I did transfer to the new building in October of this year, but I have no complaints. Mo (property manager) is so friendly and personable. My 8-year-old daughter loves him and thinks he's the coolest person ever. If you ever need anything fixed, he is on it immediately. I had a situation where my breaker wasn't working correctly. I contacted Mo immediately and it was fixed by the time I got back from work that night! During winter, they are quick to have the parking lot plowed and don't waste time. It is quite and everyone is so friendly. Yes, it is by the train tracks but everyone here will tell you that you get used to it. Its honestly not bad at all. Super close by the police station so when they have all the fun summer activities its within walking distance along with a lot of the shops too. Everything is upgraded (stainless steel appliances, heated floors, ceiling fans, granite counter tops). I honestly love it here. I know there are a few reviews that are negative but after living here for over a year I will tell you those aren't correct at all.
