I am the treasurer for our office condo association. We have Tyler and Gearin Outdoor Service do all of our lawn maintenance and snow removal services. Tyler was instrumental in working with the board and our management company in getting the property looking great. Tyler works directly with our management company seamlessly and keeps our involvement to a minimum, which the board appreciates since we are all on a volunteer basis. The crew does a fantastic job with both the lawn maintenance and clearing us out after any snow event. They do an excellent job of minimizing parking lot- loss for snow storage as they use a blower to get the snow off the parking areas. I highly recommend Tyler and his crew in whatever your lawn/landscaping/snow removal needs might be.

I've had Gearin take down two bug trees at a rental property, redo a retaining wall at my house, and lawn care for a clients house of mine. They do a great job, honest, reliable, and a good value. Highly recommend
