        I walked in for a haircut at 6:35 pm. There was no people on the wait-list. I was told they are not taking anymore walk-ins today.

        I got a womans haircut and was super disappointed by it. I ended up leaving with what I thought was even hair come to find out it was many different lengths once I got home. I did file a complaint the next day and the manager was very rude refusing a refund, and proceeded to tell me to go to HR. Super unprofessional I am never the type to complain but this was just outright disrespectful for management of a facility to talk to me the way she was. Also beware if they put any sprays in my hair, my hairdresser did and the next day I go to curl my hair and my hair ends up burning off in chunks. Would not recommend!
