I'm not a dentist but almost no part of my visits have felt right. I have never left a dentist questioning the work they did or felt that my mouth was worse than when I came in. In September of 2023 the person doing xrays assured me that my molar cavity was shallow and should only need a filling. In October 2023, during the filling it really struck me as off that the dentist used his bodyweight to lean in HARD (as in hard enough to feel my head crushed into the chair) to push the drill into my tooth and was also unphased by my wincing through the novocaine. After they filled it, it hurt a lot to eat or drink anything and was told "Just wait it out. It'll get better because it was a deep filling" which didn't make sense because it was supposed to be shallow. Fast forward to February 2024, it's infected and they have to do a root canal and I am in agonizing pain. The other tooth they worked on (same day) was a root canal in the front. It's pink now and when I asked about a cap (or whatever it is you're supposed to have over it to protect it) they brushed me off saying it would go away. It hasn't and they brushed me off when I asked again at my last appointment. Overall I felt like they rushed to get me in and out and they screwed it up. Reception was nice sometimes and extremely rude and dismissive at other times (whenever I started asking questions). Edit: I checked and found out (according to a staff member) they're the only endodontist between all three locations. I looked at the other reviews from some of the other locations and it seems I am definitely not the only one to have this kind of experience. I'd suggest looking at the many reviews from the Brooklyn Park location.
