Classic dishonest auto shop. Brought my husband's vehicle in for some work, tire rotation, and a leaky tire prior to a road trip. When we picked it up, we asked if they were able to repair the leak. The guy at the counter didn't know, so he called the mechanic up, who acted confused at first and then said he couldn't find the leak. We made it 40 miles before the tire was low, and when we stopped to look, you could clearly see a nail and air/bubbles coming out. They obviously forgot to check or repair it and then lied about it. We had to turn around and go back. We also realized that the tires were not rotated, as the leaky tire was still at the same location. All our paperwork and the window sticker indicated that they rotated the tires. When we asked why they weren't rotated, they said they were too worn. They shouldn't have marked that the work was done, that was dishonest. They showed no accountability, no apologies for the inconvenience. I was very disappointed. We have used NTB and Big O exclusively for the past 10+ years and they've lost our business. Follow up: The manager reached out on these reviews, apologized but stated it was human error. I responded that I understand human error, but 3 lies to the customer is NOT HUMAN ERROR. It is very intentional. No refund or discount was offered. We still feel they were dishonest. Dont be fooled by their replies on these reviews, they do not make it right.
