Fredrik Apartments

Kyle was very great during the whole process, he was able to do a FaceTime tour with me because I was from Fargo. He was also able to accommodate me moving in on Sunday which was a huge plus so thank you! Im very excited for the dog amenities such as the pet wash and dog park. The apartments seem very dog friendly, Ive seen quite a few in my first few days and everyone has been friendly with my dogs as well. The apartment complex is very nice and clean. Im happy with my choice to live here

I moved here recently from South Carolina to start a new job and I have been very impressed by the front office and the cleanliness of the apartment. When I was initially looking for a place to live in MN I had to rely on Google searching which isn't ideal but Kyle answered all my questions and the process was actually pretty hassle free and easy. The staff has good communication and there haven't been any hidden fees or surprises. I've really enjoyed my time here and so have both of my pets! Overall a great place to call home.

Kyle, the Leasing Consultant does such a fabulous job at keeping residents engaged with the property but also making Fredrik feel like a home! What a great property to live at!

They send way too many text messages and if one tenant does something wrong they send a mass text to the entire building stating that if anyone else did that one thing they would be charged money, also they will over charge and try to take as much money if you are not not careful especially when your moving in and when youre moving out. The manager constantly talked about the cameras, how he watched the cameras. If someone did something wrong instead of confronting them directly hell send a mass text threatening to view the camera and charge money. It was weird Ive never lived anywhere that was so invasive. I would not recommend.
