        Had an opportunity to own this town (and probably did for years) by providing a more modern shopping experience. Their stores are like walking into old repurposed gas stations. The shopping experience makes me feel like it's 1994. Now, here comes Total Wine, here comes Cub Liquor, here comes an expansion at Cosco. There's nothing unique enough about the experience that is going to keep me from the big box.
