image Truckin America has very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Diesel was very helpful and was able to get my plow up and running with a simple fix.

It was great meeting you this morning Nicholas. I am glad we were able to get you going with a simple fix. Hopefully the plow won't give you anymore grief. We're always here for questions/advice as well. Thanks again and we will talk to you soon.

image I had them undercoat my 2014 F150. I asked if they drill hole to coat inside the rocker panels. The lady there said no. a few months after the under coating i see my rocker panels are rusting out. i took it back and the said it is in the pinch weld. This is where it started as they drilled a 1" hole in the bottom of each rocker panel. This allows water from the car wash and snow and salt to enter the rocker panel via the big hole they drill. They didn't even put a plastic cap over the hole. I don't recommend them as they did what they say they wouldn't do.

Hi Todd,I see we did the undercoating back in 2019 for you on your 2014 F-150. We always warn people that there is no warranty against rust on used vehicles. It is just impossible for us to see all the way inside the rocker to know how clean it is. I cannot comment on the condition of the F-150 at the time as it was 4 years ago. Now I can confidently say that we do not drill holes in rocker panels, particularly the bottom. I also know that the 09-14 F-150s come from the factory with 3 round holes, an oval hole and 3 square holes in the inner rocker from the factory, plus a few smaller holes. We use those larger holes so we do not have to drill any new holes and make extra work for ourselves. Maybe there was some confusion there. I wish we could have talked more about it back in 2019. If you would like to come in now and discuss all of this you are more than welcome to.-Diesel

image We paid to have a hitch and 7-point controller installed. When we connected our trailer, nothing worked correctly. The staff was not very friendly or cooperative about correcting the problem, but they did install a new controller. We got about 20 miles away from home with the new controller, and found that the running lights stopped working. About another 400 miles later, none of the lights worked. It ends up that they placed the wires right up against the muffler, which caused them all to melt against the muffler. I am not an electrician, but I do know that mufflers get hot and will melt wires! We have had an agonizing trip with the electrical system not working correctly and have had to pay to have Truckin America errors fixed even after they supposedly fixed their original mistakes.

Hi Susan,I would like to apologize for the headaches this all has caused. It is never our intention to have something like this happen. You had stopped in with a trailer in tow on Tuesday the 23rd with your initial complaint. We were able to get the vehicle in and test out the wiring between appointments. We came to the conclusion that the wiring kit itself was bad. You were leaving the next day on a trip so we had some pretty tight time constraints to work with. Normally, in a warranty instance, the part needs to be replaced by the same manufacturer but that would have taken too long. So, in order to better suit you, we ordered in a different manufacturers part in to replace it with, on our dime. We scheduled the job the following day(Wed. 24th) and got the vehicle in even though we had a plumb full schedule. So I am not sure I would call any of that uncooperative. When we did the replacement we were able to verify the part failed on its own and there was no issue with the wiring touching the exhaust at that time. Now in doing the swap we must have made a mistake. It was never our intention as mistakes are just that, mistakes. It has also been a week and a half since we did the repair and this is the first time we are hearing about any issue. Had we been made aware of the issue we at least could have had an opportunity to help however we could.

image Long but please read till end!! We had a topper installed on our pickup. It was over 2 months past when they told us it would be finished. Customer service on the phone was less than pleasant. I went into the business to finally drop it off to have the topper installed and sat in the waiting room waiting for my Uber to arrive. While waiting (and well known I was in there), the staff took customer phone calls, were unpleasant to listen to and then after they were off the phone, they had-talked the people they were just talking to. Do they do this when I call too? I thought it was just me but turns out thats just the toxic environment and was in shock by their responses Also found major scratches on our truck from install. Our truck isnt new and its a work truck BUT that doesnt mean you should be scratching it up and not telling us about the damage done. We didnt even bother to go back and complain about that because we are so over it all. I would never recommend them to anyone and I will drive out of my way to the next business to have a topper installed or ANYTHING that they offer. If you made it this far in the post click down on Google to the next company and take a hard pass on this one. I leave a ton of positive reviews for businesses that are customer focused and quality focused. This has absolutely none of that. Sorry trucking America but you deserve a 0, hope you decide to change and be better.

Hello Kaylene,My name is Diesel and I spent some time looking into your experience this morning. It looks like we installed a topper for Jake Danielson in November of LAST YEAR? I'm guessing that might be the job you were referring to as I cannot find your name in our system, and Jake's was the last topper we did for a Danielson. I did see that the topper was ordered 8/10/22 and it was installed 11/16/22. Unfortunately, with these build-to-order products we are at the mercy of the manufacturer on when they arrive. It should have still been relayed to you if there were any delays. Regarding your experience in the store, I have already talked to the team. As far as the scratches are concerned, I wish it would have been brought to my attention, we would have gladly done what we could have to remedy the situation, had we damaged the truck. Telling us we deserve a zero though? I teach my children that we all need to give a little grace when you encounter a problem. If you want someone/some place to change for the better you do not do it by belittling them and kicking them down. Not to mention you did it TEN MONTHS after the fact. If you would have called that day and we talked, I could have possibly found some middle ground on the issues you are accusing us of, and done something to remedy them. But you did not, and WAITED TEN MONTHS never giving us an opportunity to speak to you.
