The driver was awesome, and caring when transporting my mother from the hospital to the house where she lives. Professional, yet easy to talk to. I was so glad the hospital recommended them. Can't say enough great things about them. Highly recommend using thier services. I would not hesitate to use them again if the need ever arises again.

Brought my husband home from St. Mary's Hospital. He road backwards all the way home, a 5 and a half hour trip. There was only the driver, no one to check his condition or give him water or food. The driver texted me the entire trip, apparently while driving. He admits to taking 1 break, which means my very ill husband was left alone in the vehicle. To top things off, I was the only other person there when they arrived at the house, which meant I had to lift him from the stretcher to the bed. Not very safe. I wouldn't recommend these people ever. in fact I am not done b with them.

DON'T COUNT ON THIS COMPANY FOR RIDES TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS!!!! This company confirmed a ride to the Mayo Clinic a WEEK prior to the appointment and never showed up. It took 3 months to get the appointment and I will end up having to lay in the back of a family members vehicle on a camping pad for 4+ hours to get there and will have to do the same to get back home. Mayo appointments are something you can't miss!! EXCRUCIATING to ride like this when you need a stretcher!! Call ANY other company you can before using this company!! I even called the provider the day before to confim and it WAS confirmed. Complete joke and no compassion. DON'T USE THIS CLOWN OUTFIT IF YOU NEED TO GET TO A VITAL APPOINTMENT!
