Right when I got in, one of the employees mentioned to me that I should look at the sale items. I didn't think much of it. I then went to look at the belt bags and she told me that it was going to be, "$41 WITH tax." I was well aware because I recently bought one before. I proceeded to go to the register to purchase the item and she asked me if I decided to go with that. She looked at me as if I couldn't afford to purchase it. I honestly felt like I was being looked down the whole time because she kept mentioning the prices. Everyone else was nice, but that specific employee needs to learn to not judge.

Amazing customer service -- was working on an exchange, and the employees were so so kind and accommodating. Kira and her team jumped through so many hoops to uphold the quality promise of their products. I was greeted at least twice while I was shopping in the store and everyone was so cheery and eager to help, highly recommend lulu here, so glad they upgraded from their old pop up!

Super expensive! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is very clean.
