This company claims to have excellent customer service. They don't. They are also insensitive and greedy. My brother passed away on March 10th. I notified a manager at West Circle of this on March 14th. I moved his belongings out on March 23rd. On March 16th, my brothers' checking account was billed for the full storage fee for the next month. What kind of operation bills a deceased person's estate for any days after his belongings are removed from the storage unit?

Its getting real difficult to keep up with this establishment with raising their prices every 3-4 months.
Cant afford it.

We had a problem. The owner called us personally and provided exceptional service to to make everything right. We would use their service again.

Prompt response by the owner and a refund was immediately issued for the amount overcharged. The unit rented was short-term, but it was clean.
