The entire process of getting my roof replaced was much simpler than I thought. Isaiah S. did a great job of explaining the process and answering any questions I had, along with a thorough inspection of the damages. The assistance with insurance claims was also greatly appreciated. Overall a great experience!

ISAIAH SYVERSON was the guy who walked me through every step and phase of the project we did. He sold me on the deal, set up the inspection, wrote the estimate, etc. He actually explained how I could get a BRAND NEW ROOF, Windows (which I did not opt for), gutters and downspouts all by filing an insurance claim for the hail damage my roof sustained. So hail damage is really fine sometimes and you might not notice the damage until your roof has already been leaking for a while. ISAIAH helped walk me through the claims process and helped submit the documents to my insurance company. We waited a while and then waited some more, then the Insurance company sent out an inspector/adjuster guy to look over the hail damage. Well guess what?! My insurance claim was covered 100% less the deductible. Basically I paid a couple thousand for an entirely NEW ROOF, GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS.... and while they were in the middle of the project, they discovered that I had already some damage on the inside, so they finished the job by putting on new roof panels and even some supports and resubmitted a new claim for my insurance company. The insurance company responded by paying for all the additional costs. I became frustrated sometimes with the weather and delay, but ISAIAH was always there to answer a call and/or call me back when I had a question. We spent a lot of time playing telephone tag and I was lucky I had one guy to work with me through the entire project from start to finish. SO, look. Here is the deal. I roof was approaching an age where it had to be fixed. The hail storm was a blessing in disguise. The upshot is I got a COMPLETELY NEW ROOF at a time when I most needed it. Also, I added on the work for the gutters and downspouts. I do need to see about some adjustments on the downspouts and extend in some places to run off my property more effectively, BUT... I BLESS THE DAY I MET ISAIAH SYVERSON. He has brought me the blessing of safety, security and being home WARM AND DRY in my "forever house". Finally, NOW I CAN SIT INSIDE AND ENJOY THE SOUND OF THE RAIN FALLING ON THE ROOF INSTEAD OF FEELING TERRIFIED ABOUT WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN. Yes, really... really, really... call me if you want a personal and even more detailed review of how much this guy changed my life for the better. Drop the microphone. BOOM!

First I would like to start out with Priority did a good job for me. BUT be careful what you sign! The salesman was at my house and my neighbor asked him to look at his for storm damage. He asked him to sign something and was told it was for permission to talk to his insurance. I had the same happen to me but I had them do the work so no problem. My neighbor decided to go with someone else and Priority is now charging him a percentage of the job but didn't do any construction work. The paper you sign is.blank on the back side. Salesman says printer doesn't work. I spoke with one of the owners and he told me that he would talk with his attorneys to drop the lawsuit if I removed my review. It was not dropped so here is my new updated review..I have spoken to a few others and they have said they also were not informed of this percentage charge. So I see your response. 1st my nephew never touched my neighbors house. I told Your salesman that he did some work for me. You obviously know who did my neighbors house because they are assisting him with your lawsuit against him. Your salesman is obviously lying to you. Also you're salesman says was pushing for replacement windows claiming that they are all the same which other contractors say different. One other thing is that you say to reach out to you. I have numerous times and you won't return my call so I can explain instead of writing this.
