This realtor was the buyers realtor for my house that is for sale. He had terrible communication with our realtor, told our realtor he doesn't do open house to try and sell a house, told our realtor he can't contact the buyers financer. He couldn't get our buyers house house sold for under 250,000 in a very desired neighborhood. Our realtor would have to wait roughly 24 hours before he would return emails or phone calls. This realtor seems very old school and doesn't seem to want to work very hard to sell a house.

One of the WORST experiences in "customer service" I have ever experienced. After promising me he would work with someone with a lower budget& first time homebuyer, saying that he totally understood, i signed the contract (do not recommend this) and a few weeks later he flipped into another personality, told me to "get a better job" in a raised voice and would not listen to simple requests that I made. Tried to contact multiple times through e-mails and phone calls and texts and it would take multiples days if not weeks for him to respond. I am usually an understanding person and i fully realized that it would probably take a while to find a place in my budget, but this was supposed to be a fun 1st time experience and this totally ruined it for me. No one should be talked down to, Do yourself a favor and find someone who will treat you with some respect. Never thought someone who was "helping me" could have treated me so rudely, and with my mother present as well.
