First off I'd like to say I really wish I could give negative stars! Amy Lantz (spelling?) Is the sellers agent of the house my wife and I bought in August 2018. She is a miserable liar and can not be trusted. She has made the process miserable for us. We are unfortunately still having to deal with her and the sellers because of an issue that was brought to light the day before closing, yes a major issue the day before closing. The downstairs shower is in deep need of being replaced and instead of it being a quick and easy fix Amy has drug this out longer than what is reasonable. In an effort to avoid bringing the sellers to court and suing them for thousands of dollars we offered to work with them to fix this issue. We have had several contractors in to do bids and every one she has found issue with. Being combative instead of working with us to resolve the issue. Even her own contractor she keeps delaying, she is very rude and dismissive. She seems to think that if she drags it out long enough then we'll give in to her unreasonable demands on us even though her clients (the sellers) have signed a contract stating they are responsible for repairing damages regardless of the cost. What should be simply removing the current tiled shower and replacing it with a new one has been the biggest upset to our lives as we have been without a shower since August and it is now December. We only have a bathtub to cleans ourselves with. I am a disabled veteran with combat injuries to my legs which make it very hard for me to get in and out of a bathtub. Yet she has no care for this, no sympathy or empathy whatsoever. I urge whoever reads this review to stay away from working with Amy. There are real agents out there who will do honest work and make the home buying and selling experience a good one as it should be. Our agent has been spectacular and if it wasn't for him fighting this battle with us I don't know what we'd do. All I can say is that Amy is the most impersonal, unpleasant and unprofessional person that I have ever had the misfortune of meeting.
