It's 11:20 on a Wednesday morning and the store is not open yet. Very frustrating when you come to get last minute things for a vacation you're leaving on in 2 days. Also, being on time restrictions.

Torrid is always an enjoyable shopping trip- the employees are helpful with out being overbearing and I have never felt judge for my personal taste in clothing here any time I have visited in the last 5 years. Not all the clothing is to my taste, but honestly the experience of shopping there means it is always worth stopping by.

I just left this location and I can't believe how amazing my experience was. After a prolonged illness, I've lost a significant amount of weight and needed clothes that fit, but also made me feel good again. Brantly, Mohamed, and Julissa are angels that not only worked with me to find my new, correct sizes-- they also helped me find my beauty again. I can't say thank you enough to the entire staff for giving me the experience I needed most during a very hard time in my life. I never thought clothes could change a person this much. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
