I would do your due diligence and get 1-2 quotes from other companies before using this one. We used the on-call service and was quoted a certain price for some work, got a second opinion that was less than half of what it would be with Mr. Rooter. Hopefully not all the technicians with this company do business this way... but the one that came to our house certainly (and unfortunately) did. We are grateful that the business office was fair and returned our deposit after cancelling the work we originally scheduled with them before getting a second opinion.

A professional plumber, at a professional price. There is no doubt Derek did a great job and did leave the work site cleaner than when he started. But wow, have plumbing prices gone up. He did a drain/pipe cleaning of our old cast-iron pipes. Then reconfigured a dual wash basin down to just one and removed the extra pipes from old setup. Looks much better, especially after I do a little painting.
