This is such a cool, nice, newer modeled building! Shane, is the owner and is very knowledgeable on how to start and keep a successful business! He has given me lessons, and is wise beyond his years. I never imagined working alongside such a wonderful person! He has given me such a valuable opportunity I am very grateful for, and I couldnt thank him more for taking the time to help me with. I was able to do and learn business from one of the best! Later I learned Shane has also been given an award, for having been recognized as Rochesters Best office space to rent straight 2 years in a row in 2020 and 2021! Way to go Shane on your most recent accomplishments! WhoooHoooo! Congrats!

The manager of the executive suites is very professional and above all helpful. I had gone there looking for a space to rent with a limited budget, they offered me an opportunity that fitted my budget and helped me put my business out there.
