While working at Mount Olive, I literally felt no support, no assistance or assurance, the director was horrible, I had to figure out everything from top to bottom myself, buy my own classroom supplies. When other people did help they were on their phones all day or on the other side of the classroom reading. Not a supportive work environment if you ask me .

They don't care about their employees, everyone is just a number. All they care about is funding.
