        The kiosks are out of service more often than they are working. 3 of the last 5 times I have been to the nearby kiosk it has been out of service. This means that I have to drive around the find a kiosk to return a dvd. Then tonight the app worked ok, charged my card, but when I got to the kiosk a few minutes later.... It's out of service. Called redbox and for my trouble.... They cancelled my reservation. Geee thanks. You guys are horrible. Terrible company!

        I rent movies here, it has a limited selection but the rental is inexpensive. The primary reason I use redbox is renting or buying movies later at night after most places close from shortened hours.
